
Refund Policy

Christine C. Kidder & Associates, LLC ("Company") is committed to delivering high-quality coaching and professional development services. Due to the nature of our offerings and the individualized time commitment, our refund policy is as follows:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of coaching packages, sessions, and programs are final and non-refundable, except in the case of Company-initiated termination as outlined below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Company-Initiated Termination
If the Company chooses to terminate your coaching agreement before the completion of the program, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of unused 1:1 coaching sessions remaining in your package.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of written notice of termination by the Company.

3. Client-Initiated Termination or Missed Sessions
Clients may cancel the coaching agreement with 7 days’ written notice; however, no refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for full payment of the program, regardless of participation or attendance.
Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4. Digital Products and Training Materials
Access to audio trainings, templates, and any other included materials is considered part of the program. These are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a billing error (e.g., duplicate charges), the Company will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund within 5 business days of resolution.
