Officially, I’m a job search/career/HR coach I started off as a financial analyst after passing the CPA exam and graduating from DePaul University. Although I loved number crunching, I decided to pursue my love of collaboration and pivot by starting my Human Resources journey; first as a recruiter and then as a generalist, working in several areas including performance management, benefits and employee relations. As I developed into an HR leader, I obtained challenging, varied experience in telecommunications, non-for profits, and associations. I left corporate America in 2018, starting my own business working with both individuals and small employers. Being invaluable is my passion and I’m here to help you be invaluable at work. In my free time, my family (including 3 sons & 2 black labs) keeps me on my toes! I also run the Chicago Marathon for Ronald McDonald House Charities, race in international distance triathlons, and attend wine tastings.
