Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with next steps.

Services are typically rendered via scheduled appointments. You will be contacted within 24–48 business hours to schedule your first session unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

If you have purchased a package or subscription, you will receive access to your client portal (if applicable) within 1 business day.
2. Digital Product Fulfillment (eBooks, Templates, Courses)

Digital products are delivered via email or downloadable link immediately or within 1 hour of successful payment.

If you do not receive your digital product within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at help@christineckidder.com.
3. Delivery Issues
